At Small Appliances Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the details below to understand how our process works.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Note: Certain products, such as Baby food blenders and Bottle warmers, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange and notify you via email.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
