At Small Appliances Store, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Note: Certain products, such as Baby food blenders and Bottle warmers, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange and notify you via email.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
